Delivery Area We currently deliver only within Iraq. Orders are shipped directly from our Basra fulfillment center. 2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a WhatsApp or phone notification once your order is ready for delivery. 3. Payment Method We accept cash on delivery (COD) only at this time. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready when receiving your order. 4. Delivery Time Basra 1–2 business days Other Iraqi Cities 2–5 business days Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and local conditions. Returns & Exchanges 1. Eligibility Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Returns are accepted for Accessories, Clothing, and SkinCare items, provided they meet the above conditions. 2. Return Process Contact our support team Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange pickup or guide you to the nearest return point. Refunds for cash payments are issued in cash upon inspection of the returned item. 3. Exchanges Exchanges are available for size or color variations, subject to stock availability.
